Shape every shot around your coffee with the Dalla Corte Zero Plus Barista, a professional espresso machine combining multi-boiler technology with Digital Flow Regulation for creative, repeatable extraction.
Use the digital menu or manual side lever to build extraction profiles with flow rates of 3, 5, 7 and 9 grams of water per second. Combine up to five steps per extraction to explore the character of each blend or single-origin coffee.
Save up to 50 named profiles in the integrated library, assign them to brew buttons and recall your recipes throughout service. The touch interface displays flow rate, extraction time and real-time weight information.
A low-profile design encourages interaction between baristas and customers, with standard colours and custom finishes available.
