Set brewing pressure profiles from 3 to 11 bar with Bezzera’s patented system, tailoring extraction to single origins and blends. TFT touch displays let baristas choose preset profiles or customise machine parameters, while PID coffee-temperature control supports precise brewing.

Independent boilers with dedicated on/off switches include two service boilers for steam and hot water and a coffee boiler for each group. A dedicated program allows the steam boilers to work together for continuous steam during peak service.

Low-pressure programs support drip coffee and herbal infusions. Scheduled daily water regeneration refreshes water in the service boilers.
