The red blend has a strong and vigorous character. It combines the body of Brazilian Arabicas, the sweetness of African Arabicas and the creaminess typical of the Indian Robusta.

For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 91 °C (so as not to enhance bitterness and roughness) with an extraction of 25 ml in 23 seconds.
The crema is of a dark-brown hazelnut colour; you will smell notes of fine wood and cocoa. The taste of this coffee greatly enhances the body and bitterness, contrasted by a pleasant sweetness, with a citrus aftertaste. The acidity is very light.
